Autoresponders allow an automated reply to be sent whenever an email is received. A good use for this would be to notify customers that you are currently out of town and will respond when possible.
To set one up, go to Autoresponders under the EMAIL section in cPanel.
In the first part of the configuration, it allows you to setup a wait time between responses if a single email address is contacted multiple times.
The second part looks like a standard email window where you enter the email address/sender as well as the subject and body and will be where you draft your auto response.. You can also set custom start and stop times for the autoresponder. Once it stops, it will remain dormant until the start/stop times are edited again.
