There are different options to view your email accounts other than using Webmail from within cPanel. The most common option would be Outlook, Google Fetcher, Thunderbird, and the mail icon on your mobile device. These settings are universal and will work with all providers.
Settings for connecting to third party email clients can be found by going into the cPanel. This can be located in the EMAIL section, and accessed by clicking the Email Accounts icon.
Once loaded, this page will show all of your email accounts that you have created. To the far right of the email that you are trying to set up, click the CONNECT DEVICES button.
After this page loads, you will first see we have automatic configuration settings that will automatically configure the client settings of your choice with the correct protocols. If your client is not listed below, you should use the Mail Client Manual Settings that can be used to connect anything else. These settings will be specific to the email and the server that you must use.. There are two options to connect: SSL and Non-SSL settings, the SSL settings should typically be used by default and will have additional encryption for your emails.
Everything listed here is is designed to make your email experience as easy and painless possible. For your convenience, there is even a built-in option located on that page as well to directly send the instructions to an email of your choice!
